2011 ProspectNation Countdown

Over the past couple of months I counted down the top 25 prospects in the Phillies organization here on PhoulBallz.com and over on PhilliesNation.com. In the process, we took a close look at the best minor leaguers that are on the rise throughout the Philadelphia organization.

This is a handy list of those entries.

Harry Kalas Phorever...

Legendary broadcaster Harry Kalas passed away today. Harry collapsed while preparing to call today's game against the Washington Nationals. Next up we'll use a throw-back screen cap from what may be the very first major appearance by a rapper wearing Phillies gear. Chuck D, of legendary rap group Public Enemy, wore a Phillies cap in the music video for rap anthem Fight The Power in 1989. The song was the lead single from the soundtrack for Spike Lee's film Do The Right Thing . Next up we'll go with some home grown tal
